Madison Square Garden Sports Corp. (MSG Sports) is a leading professional sports company, with a collection of assets that includes the New York Knicks (NBA) and the New York Rangers (NHL), as well as two development league teams – the Westchester Knicks (NBAGL) and the Hartford Wolf Pack (AHL). Who are we hiring?
The New York Rangers are casting for their 2025-2026 Blue Crew team! The Blue Crew set the standard in sports for fan engagement and will continue to raise the bar this coming season. The Blue Crew are at all Rangers home games and participate in t-shirt tosses, on court / ice promotions, in-game entertainment, and work outside events for the Rangers brand throughout the season.
What will you do?
- Entertain and energize crowds at Rangers home games
- Engage with fans during promotions on the ice and in the stands
- Communicate directly with large groups of fans during Rangers home games
- Represent the Rangers at special events, viewing parties, charity events and promotional engagements
- Work with other entertainers on special presentations as needed
What do you need to succeed?
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
- Enjoy entertaining in a family-oriented environment, and be able to interact with large crowds, small groups and individuals, especially children
- Be energetic, in great physical shape and outgoing
- Strong personal skills
- Be prompt, with a flexible schedule
- Professional and respectful with strong communication skills
- Team-player
- Presentable (i.e. well-groomed)
- Punctual
- Previous leadership experience in the sports/entertainment industry preferred
- Be a Rangers Fan!
Special Requirements
- Available to work nights and weekends (start time: 2.5 hours before game time)
- Must be available to work a minimum of 75% of all home games
