Who are we hiring?
The Studio Director leads technology strategy and systems integration across the Creative Studio, with a strong focus on enabling creative teams through AI adoption, workflow automation, and operational rigor, ensureing the internal creatives have the right tools, infrastructure and support to work efficiently. The Studio Director partners with the internal creatives and stakeholders to ensure systems scale, data informs decisions, and technology investments deliver measurable value.
What will you do?

Manage the Creative Studio’s technology strategy, including AI tools, creative software, hardware, and infrastructure.

Own day-to-day management of Creative Studio AI tools including setup, output quality oversight, and integration into existing workflows.

Identify, evaluate, and pilot emerging AI tools and recommend adoption across the studio.

Build and maintain automated workflows that connect AI and specialized tools with DAM/MAM systems, Airtable, and distribution systems.

Lead Creative Operations team in implementing technology-aligned process improvements.

Partner across Creative Studio leads and internal stakeholders to evolve scalable, efficient studio workflows.

Collaborate with creative leadership, vertical leads and finance on budgeting, forecasting and ongoing tracking, providing proactive adjustments and recommendations to stay aligned with department targets.

Translate Airtable and operational data into executive-ready reporting, weekly status updates, staffing plans and department performance insights.

Partner with the SVP and department leadership on budgeting, staffing, and future capacity planning.

Track ROI, performance metrics, and efficiency gains tied to technology and AI-enabled workflows.

Develop training, documentation, and change management plans to support successful tool adoption.
- Partner with IT and the AI technology team to ensure alignment on infrastructure and security, while maintaining creative ownership of workflow and implementation.
What do you need to succeed?
- 12+ years of experience in studio leadership, creative operations, or creative production technology, with a proven ability to implement new technologies and optimize production pipelines in creative environments
- Strong understanding of AI applications in content generation, asset organization, tagging and automation, including designing and improving automated systems across interconnected platforms
- Demonstrated ability to support executive leadership with structured reporting, department insights, and operational planning, zero-based budgeting, forecasting, and proactive financial tracking.
- Familiarity with Airtable or comparable systems, with the ability to evolve backend structure, enhance reporting, and streamline workflows
- Strong project management skills and communication skills, with the ability to coordinator cross-functional stakeholders, advocate for creative teams, navigate technical and legal constraints, and proactively identify and resolve workflow bottlenecks Curiosity about emerging technologies and comfort operating in iterative, experimental environments.

- Must have a flexible schedule and be able to work nights, weekends, holidays and off-hour shifts when needed.
