Coordinator Sales – Membership & Premium

Who are we hiring?
The Coordinator, Membership & Premium Sales will provide back-end, administrative support to our MSGS sellers and leaders. This position will specifically assist with the proactive planning and execution of all new business, prospecting related events, email campaigns, as well as troubleshoot issues to ensure the success of campaigns, projects, events and initiatives for all MSG Sports brands including Westchester Knicks. The coordinator will also be responsible for generating reports in our selling platforms (Salesforce & Archtics), as well as building and monitoring dashboards.
What will you do?
- Build and run reports and dashboards in Salesforce and Archtics to provide accurate daily, weekly, quarterly, and annual sales reports for goal tracking.
- Manage new sales account vetting process across ticket operations and sales leadership teams to ensure all sales are compliant with MSG sales policies.
- Assist in Lounge sales and operational processes to ensure accurate data and client satisfaction
- Manage the Memberships, Groups, Premium & Westchester campaigns & prospecting events calendar
- Manage sales prospecting platform usage (ex: Conversica etc.), including:
- Email campaigns to past buyers and new prospects
- Monitor lead engagement from sales team
- Coordinate gameday staffing and sales table assistance
- Contribute ideas and assist with the development of new Membership, Groups, Premium Sales, & Westchester and/or ticket sales revenue generating events or opportunities.
- Coordinate new hire on-boarding, sales manual, and desk set ups
- Maintain and update all sales collateral for use in prospecting presentations
- Manage all daily/weekly/monthly sales contests
- Assist the Memberships, Groups, Premium & Westchester Sales department with budget tracking, invoice processing and sales tracking
- Assist fans with accessing their tickets and troubleshooting Archtics issues at the box office for Westchester Knicks games at the Westchester County Center
- Assist in pre and post-game Fan Experiences at the Westchester County Center
- Additional responsibilities as assigned by management
What do you need to succeed?
- 0-1 years of experience within the sports industry
- Proven ability in prior customer service role
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple initiatives
- Must possess problem solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends & holidays
